QC photos are your only opportunity to inspect the item before it is shipped internationally. Once the item leaves the warehouse, returning it is expensive and time-consuming. A thorough QC review prevents disappointment and saves money on exchanges.

General QC Rules

1. Always request detailed photos if the initial set is unclear.

2. Compare the item to retail photos from the official brand website.

3. Check every angle: front, back, sides, sole, and interior.

4. Look for stitching quality, logo alignment, and material consistency.

5. If in doubt, ask the community on Reddit or Discord before approving.

Shoe QC Checklist

• **Toe Box Shape**: Should match the retail silhouette. Common flaws include overly boxy or too-narrow shapes.
• **Logo Placement**: Swoosh, stripes, or other logos must be symmetrical and at the correct angle.
• **Stitching**: Should be tight, even, and consistent. No loose threads.
• **Midsole Paint**: Paint line should be clean and straight. No overspray.
• **Insole**: Check the font and spacing on the insole print.
• **Laces**: Should be the correct color, length, and tip style.
