Understanding the shipping process helps you set realistic expectations and avoid anxiety. This guide walks through every step from the CSSBuy warehouse to your front door.

Step 1: Item Arrives at Warehouse

When your seller ships the item, it arrives at the CSSBuy warehouse in Guangzhou or Shanghai. The warehouse team logs the package and takes QC photos. This process takes 24–72 hours after arrival.

Step 2: QC Inspection

CSSBuy takes 5 free QC photos of your item. You review these photos and decide whether to approve, exchange, or return. This is your only chance to inspect before international shipping.

Step 3: Submit to Ship

Once you approve the item, you submit it to ship. Choose your shipping line, declare the value, and select optional insurance. CSSBuy packs the item and generates a shipping label.

Step 4: Package Leaves China

The package is handed to the shipping carrier. It travels from the warehouse to the export hub. This usually takes 1–3 days. The package is then loaded onto an international flight or vessel.

Step 5: International Transit

For air shipping, the package flies to your country. This takes 3–8 days depending on the line. For sea shipping, it takes 15–30 days. The package clears customs at the destination country.

Step 6: Local Delivery

After customs clearance, the package is handed to the local postal service or courier. This is the final leg. It takes 1–5 days depending on your location and the courier.

Tracking Your Package

CSSBuy provides a tracking number for every shipment. Use the tracking number on the carrier's website. For CSSBuy-Z, tracking is available through the CSSBuy portal. For DHL, FedEx, and EMS, use the carrier's official website.

What to Do If Your Package Is Delayed

1. Check the tracking status for updates.

2. Contact CSSBuy support if the package has not moved in 7 days.

3. Check with your local postal service if the package is in your country.

4. Be patient during peak seasons (November, December, Chinese New Year).
